I am so very disappointed by Michael who came to our home to give an estimate for new flooring in the guest bathroom. Extremely unprofessional! Excused himself for smelling like smoke for telling a story about a rat dying in his heater fan and he had to remove the trash from the inside of his truck yesterday. Ew! Then it got worse. I expected him to measure the area for flooring. He got down on his knees and knocked on the floor and it was just strange. My request was to take off 2 layers of tile and lay vinyl. He suggested laying 1/4” plywood onto existing and going over that! Too high! I have construction experience and so does my husband. So NOT right!I called the company and talkec to Rick who said there was NO manager. He called my husband later, as the Owner. Oh, I had a conversation with that liar!!!
