Susan Haney on All American Flooring

We had a very negative experience with this business. The salesman came to our house to see exactly what the project would require. We signed a contract and made the required down payment. The installation crew came to our house and asked us what they were supposed to do. They did not seem to know what floors were to be replaced. After a few hours, they ran out of flooring. We were told that they had sent our floors to the wrong location. 4-5 days later they found our flooring. But, the installation crew had “a big job in Allen” , so we would have a couple of guys show up randomly to do our floors. One evening they showed up at 6:30 pm while I was making dinner to work in our kitchen. One of them spoke a bit of English, but could not read the work order. He kept asking us what he was to do in terms of which way the floors should run, and where to install quarter round. We had told the salesman at the initial meeting that we would prefer no quarter round. He assured us that would work. The installation guy said that would not work. We had told call our salesman who said we would have to buy all new baseboards. We were also informed that they did not order enough bullnose for our stairs. We were told that we would have to pay for the additional bullnose , but politely told the salesman we would not do so. The bullnose arrived and the two guys they sent to do the install worked for 2 hours and said they could not do this job. They sent a guy to our house who said this was harder than they expected and would likely require an engineer and possibly a permit to do the job. He said we might want to get someone to check it out. We did so and this person had an easy solution to the problem. We sent a message to our salesman stating the price we would have to pay this man to do the stairs and that we would deduct that price from our final payment. He sent a text reply to stating “OK, I’ll will let Orlando know”. So, in the next 2 days our stairs were completed. We notified our salesman that we would send the final payment we had agreed upon. At that point,he said he had never agreed to that payment. After much discussion, All American Flooring finally agreed to our payment. They refused to come and pick up all the extra baseboards they left in our garage. We are just happy to be done with All American Flooring.

Every aspect was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Ahmad made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the installation team did an excellent job, showing dedication and precision. They truly didn't cut any corners and focused on getting it right rather than just getting it done. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking flooring in the DFW area. Ahmad is the guy that will bring your vision to life.

I couldn’t be happier with my new hardwood floors! All American Flooring particularly the Wylie branch, delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding! Ahmad, in particular, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly. He answered all of my questions clearly and made the entire process feel effortless.

The installation team was just as impressive, professional, skilled, and detail-oriented. They worked efficiently while still taking great care to ensure everything looked perfect. My floors turned out absolutely stunning, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend All American Flooring to anyone looking for top-quality products and truly stellar service!

Love their service! Great pricing! Clear communication from my rep and management.

We had the flooring in our office redone. Hamza was knowledgeable and suggested a great design that elevated the space.

We have done a complete remodel on the interior of our home, which included all flooring. We began working with salesman, Samuel. Unfortunately he no longer works there, but we have found all staff to be knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

In the early stages, we ran into tile issues, which prolonged our project and increased expenses. We worked with Mark, and not only did All American Flooring acknowledge their errors, they immediately stepped up and corrected them. We recommend them on integrity alone. Thank you, Mark!

The old tile and wood was removed, grinding and floating floors was completed, and the installation of our new tile, laminate, and baseboards was finally a success. They installed the tile surround in the shower as well. It looks beautiful and we are VERY happy with the end results.

This review would not be complete without acknowledging the workers and the difficult labor necessary in getting the job done. It's back-breaking work, and requires knowledge and skills that exceed our abilities. This is why we give our greatest appreciation to Adrien and Erik. These two men showed up on-time, were professional and respectful, and worked exceptionally hard on this project. We have used floor companies on previous projects, and hands-down, these two men are some of the best in their field. They worked hard and fast, and we attribute the success of this job to them. A HUGE THANK YOU, Adrien and Erik!

We highly recommend working with All American Flooring!
