Connie was very responsive and helped walk us through the process. Her craftsmen did an amazing job with our counters, floors, and walls. Her countertop guys facetimed me to make sure we were on the same page with how the counters would be cut and showed me a better way for one of the longer more complex runs and they turned out AMZAING!! Wife and are very happy and would recommend these guys to anyone.

Been wanting to replace stair carpet for years. Called the company and Misty called me right back. I sent her some pictures for ideas. She rushed over with samples and made the whole process very easy. Carlos installed the carpet. It had a pattern and he matched it perfectly at all intersections. It looks so good. Working with Nichole was the key to making this decision easy! She was thorough in her home eval, brought up points that I needed to discuss with my insurance and didn't make it a big deal that I was working with insurance for this work. Both her and I had a lot going on personally and even then she answered every question (I had a lot of them lol) with promptness and honesty. Once I found the flooring I wanted, she secured getting them and worked with me on time and dates for install which was a breeze.2. You don't know you haven't had a professional until you do - for the installation crew, Uriel, Martin, and Hector, I can't speak highly enough of the incredible pace and precision these men worked. Even when I had additional questions, they had no problem answering them and providing/showing me options during install. They delivered my floors the day before, demoed existing floors, install of my LVP and new baseboards, and finishing work all done in basically 2 days for almost 1000 sq. ft of flooring. I'm impressed in the care they took with the details and hope others will experience this awesome work.Thank you Forever Floor for a great product and install!
