The people at iDeal Floors were friendly and professional. They were attentive and responsive even though mine was a small order. I was especially pleased with the care they showed in ensuring that I understood I was ordering seconds which have some small defects. My only recommendation is that they not rely solely on text messaging for customer communication, particularly when it comes to exchanging documents. Attachments to email messages works much more efficiently.
Came in person to ask about pricing and look at inventory. Guy at the desk was clearly uninterested in helping me, seemed bothered I interrupted his scrolling. I asked for pricing on a cabinet he was standing in front of and he said he could send people to measure and give me pricing. I told him I'm just looking for ballpark info and could give him measurements and he walked away and said he wasnt sure how to help me if I wont let them measure lol I probably would've spent $20k on the kitchen alone (also need to build 3 FULL BATHS) but I'm not spending a dime with somwone who looked so bothered by my presence he literally shrugged as I walked out. Completely empty store must really do great online for him to not care about running off customers
Ideal Floors did a great job working with us after our dishwasher flooded our home. From start to finish they had great communication, were professional and worked quickly to get the job completed. They had to work around the cabinet maker and painters and were very flexible. Their pricing was very good.
UPDATE:Please see the sixth picture below this review.As you can see in the report from a PROFESSIONAL 3RD PARTY INSPECTOR.The flooring in my house has failed a second time due to "IMPROPER INSTALLATION AND MATERIAL DEFECT"THIS DIRECTLY CONTRIDICTS WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ME AND EVEYYONE ELSE READING THESE GOOGLE REVIEWS.let me know if yall are ready to come to the table and make me an offer or if you would like to send out a 3rd party inspector yourself.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION IN THIS MATTER!The fact that you would attack my lifestyle and publicly slander me is outrageous. I Keep a well maintained clean home. I invite you, your ceo or owner into my house to see the material failure itself. I guess yall are going to make a hard working single father take you to court over this.Yall should be better as a company and better as the family owned buisness you claim to be.Yall replaced the floors the first time after me living here for a few months. Then not even a year later turn around and blame it on me, the little guy compared to your organization.
I got carpet from them. Paid for the best equality. I was delivered factory seconds. I questioned it when I saw the flaw. They assured me it wasn’t and not a problem. They lied! The carpet was re-stretched twice and it’s rippled in weird places and keeps coming back. It failed way before warranty. I also purchased the very best pad they offered. It sounds like crunching when you walk on all of it. They reused all my old tack strips which I also question. The installers said it was fine. The carpet came up in multiple doorways and next to the wood entry. It won’t stay tacked down. They offered an “extended lifetime stretching” which I bought. That can’t cure this. They are of no use to talk to although I tried repeatedly. Talked to a local distributor and they confirmed Ideal buys factory seconds all the time! DO NOT TRUST THEM. You pay for first quality and are delivered factory seconds. Note: I don’t have animals and I’m single. The carpet did this.
