Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the varied ceramic selection and friendly, attentive service; one review also calls the installers professional. After a ceramic tile quality problem the customer attributed to the manufacturer, the reviewer says Plancher Fokus did everything it could to correct the situation and provided attentive after-sales service. A separate order complaint says the customer could not get the ceramic quantity ordered because the business handled only large orders and pre-orders.

Good, but only for large orders and pre-orders. I couldn't get any ceramics in the quantity I ordered! Because they're only for large projects!

Le choix de céramique est très varié et le personnel connais vraiment bien son stock en plus d'être super accueillant ! Les installateur aussi sont très professionnels. Si vous chercher à acheter ou même faire installer de la céramique, je les recommande vivement !

We had a problem with the quality of the ceramic tiles, a problem that was the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the Fokus distributor.
We received excellent after-sales service. The people at Plancher Fokus did everything they could to correct the situation. They were very professional and attentive to their customers. Thanks to Marcel.
