We had a problem with the quality of the ceramic tiles, a problem that was the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the Fokus distributor.We received excellent after-sales service. The people at Plancher Fokus did everything they could to correct the situation. They were very professional and attentive to their customers. Thanks to Marcel.
