We had our kitchen tile replaced with LVP and two bedrooms recarpeted. Heidi was efficient and professional throughout the job. A slight issue with material count was handled as quickly as possible, given we were scheduling around multiple other operations in the same space (fridge repair, new range, and new wall paint). You really know a good company by how they react to unexpected complications in the job. Everybody pitched in and made it happen. We are happy with the excellent workmanship, timely completion, and Heidi's attention to detail. We will be back.
It was a it peasure working with Heidi at Floor King to install the floor in our new plant/sunroom. Their selection of flooring materials and their knowledge of each product is excellent. The installers provided by Romulo were also very good, knew exactly what they were doing, and they went out of their way to make sure the mess was kept to a minimum. We couldn't be happier with our new floor and room. I highly recommend Floor King for any flooring project.
We had a wonderful experience with Floor King Georgetown. Heidi was incredibly patient with us while we were trying to make a decision, and worked through an unexpected manufacturer back order while keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. Nelsvic and his team did a great job with the install. They worked fast, were very careful moving all of our furnishings out and back in, and left our home and yard clean when they left. Couldn’t be happier with how easy this process was.
I had a wonderful experience with Heidi. She scheduled her visit to my home very quickly and took measurements. I came in the store and picked out the perfect carpet. I needed the carpet installed on a specific day and it was available. I knew nothing about carpet and Heidi made the process so easy.
We recently installed flooring thru Floor King. Lisa Carver was wonderful to work with.. she helped us pick the right flooring and helped coordinate the install seamlessly. The install crew (AJ & team) were great and even returned the day after install to replace some planks that we thought were too dark on the stairs. Lisa helped coordinate the painting of the risers (Garrett was great) after the flooring was installed. The final product looks professional and beautiful. Highly recommend Lisa & her team.DL
