The service was great. They had a job ahead of us that caused a delay in getting to our job, but having worked for a contractor myself in the past, this is understandable even when unavoidable. They worked well around our Thanksgiving Holiday schedule and got the first floor in before our holiday as they promised, then moved very quickly on the 2nd floor the week after. This family owned business was great to deal with from start to finish. Alicia at the showroom guided us through the very large selection of flooring available explaining the different types of flooring, their pros and cons, pricing, warrantees and longevity. Steve headed up the installation crew consisting of Jake, Rex, Eric and Elisha - all very courteous, polite tradesman who did their tasks perfectly. The job took a day longer than projected due to our stubborn, hard and uneven concrete floor that had to be ground to meet the flatness specification of the vinyl laminate flooring material. They did the complete job for us: tile and thin set removal, flatness grinding, flooring and baseboard trim installation. We are very happy with the costs, quality of material and workmanship of Let Us Floor You. It has changed our house immensely. Thank you.
