Update store hrs, says it was just updated 2 weeks ago, they were not open at 740, came back at 810 after seeing sign on the door saying 8am still not open yet.
I always have an excellent experience dealing with the designers at Monterrey. Their prices and quality are fantastic and from the contractor side, our rep Wally is amazing.
I work with Monterrey and their team day in and day out for my "day job" and they are amazing. I hadn't had a chance to use them for a personal project until my pool construction began and I made sure to select a pool company that purchased their tile and travertine through them. I have had a wonderful experience with them and I would highly recommend using them in the Phoenix market.The tile is exactly what I wanted (a hip, exciting, not your average pool tile vibe) and the travertine....you guys--the travertine is so freaking cool! It compliments EVERY color that I have going on back there and it is currently being installed by our hardscaper as I type. Look at how stunning the travertine is! EEEK! My backyard is becoming a reality one step at a time and I couldn't have done this without Monterrey!I'll add photos of the completed project to this review when it is done as well.

A friend recommended Monterrey Tile. The experience was great. Eric, our sales rep was very helpful in picking out a combination of tiles & grout that went very well together. The price was very reasonable. They refunded any unopened products I had purchased. The only issue was one of the tiles we picked out was not in stock. The sales rep informed us prior to making our purchase so we knew ahead of time that there was going to be a short wait. We are very happy with our new kitchen & bathroom. Thank you Monterrey Tile.
