Top Hardwood Flooring

When we first connected with Damian from Top Hardwood Flooring, we were honestly thrilled to start our home remodeling journey. Over the course of our planning, Damian patiently guided us through every step, helping us figure out exactly what we wanted for our home in Glendale. What really stood out was that this company takes care of everything—design, engineering, planning, and construction—all handled by their experienced team. Everything Damian promised was delivered right on target. The cost estimate we received was completely accurate, so there were no unexpected expenses along the way. We had heard so many stories about how stressful remodeling projects could be, but our experience was the complete opposite. The whole process was smooth, well-organized, and even enjoyable. When we first saw the design plans, we told Damian that if our house ended up looking like the drawings, we would be more than satisfied. He confidently told us it would look even better, and he was absolutely right. The final results exceeded all our expectations. Our newly remodeled home is truly our dream space, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

We hired a local home remodeling company to give our house a fresh new look with updated stucco, brick work, and a new paint job. we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. It's nice to see that there are still contractors who really care about their work and want to deliver the best results. From the beginning, brad was excellent to work with and shared a lot of helpful ideas for our project. We shared our vision and brad made sure his crew brought it to life. The whole team communicated well, paid close attention to details, and kept everything on track from start to finish. All the work was scheduled smoothly, and the workers always showed up on time. They also made sure to clean up the area at the end of each day. Halfway through the remodel, we found out we needed a plumber and electrician for some unexpected repairs, and brad handled it quickly without any hassle. We highly recommend this company if you are looking to remodel your home or do a new construction project.

The team was very professional and provided top-notch service for my master bathroom remodel. Liam personally came out for the first visit and took the time to discuss different design options and answer all my questions. Both Liam and Nicholas checked in regularly during the renovation and offered helpful suggestions that really improved the final result. The crew was always on time, friendly, and did great work. They made sure to protect my floors and kept the work area tidy every day, which I really appreciated. I was given plenty of chances to look over the work as it progressed, and they were happy to make any small changes I asked for. After the remodel was finished, I noticed a minor issue, and they came back quickly to fix it with no hassle. I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely hire them again for any future home remodeling projects. Highly recommended!

We were recommended to this remodeling company by a friend whose home looks absolutely amazing after their big renovation. I was really impressed with the transformation and hoped we would have a similar experience. Brad and his crew exceeded all our expectations! From my very first call, Brad was friendly and responsive, coming out to Glendale quickly to check out our home improvement plans. Brad was always punctual, sometimes even arriving early, and he kept every promise when it came to follow-up calls or emails. Out of all the contractors we talked to, he was definitely the most reliable. We started off with just a few remodeling ideas, but as we got to know Brad and his team, we felt comfortable expanding the project. We could really trust them to help turn our new house into a home we love. The crew always showed up on time, stuck to the schedule, and gave us fair and reasonable prices. Brad’s attention to detail is incredible—he truly wants everything to be perfect. Our house in Glendale had some tricky issues because the previous owners tried to DIY a lot, but Brad worked with us to fix it all while staying on budget and right on time. It was such a relief to have someone who really listened to what we wanted. We’re so happy with how everything turned out, and we already have more projects in mind. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Brad and his team for our next home remodel!

We needed to remodel our kitchen and bathroom in Glendale and checked out several home remodeling companies. We decided to go with Top Hardwood Flooring because Damian was very professional, knowledgeable, and had great design ideas that fit our style and budget. At first, we faced some unexpected delays, like having to deal with asbestos removal, which pushed our schedule back. But once the work started, things picked up quickly. There were a few other small surprises along the way, but the team handled everything really well. The office staff was very helpful and always tried to accommodate our needs. We only have one bathroom, so it was important for us to have a working toilet during the remodel. As the holidays approached, things got a little tight, but Liam made sure the new flooring was installed and the toilet was reconnected just in time, which we really appreciated. The communication and scheduling could have been better, as there were days when not much happened and it felt like progress slowed down, especially with the painting. But every time we had a concern or made a change, Damian handled it quickly and made sure things were set right. The plumber, electrician, and framer all did excellent work and always kept the job site clean. In the end, we are very happy with how our home turned out and would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to remodel their home in Glendale.
