We had Arrowhead Carpet and Tile replace our carpet in two bedrooms for porcelain tile. We were very pleased with their service from start to finish. Vivian, our sales rep, and Adam, have a good eye for color and finding what looks good to our preexisting tile in the house. They were available for any questions. They installed the tile within the time frame they gave us. The installers were on time, were quiet, cleaned up after themselves, and stayed out of our personal space as much as possible. Overall, the service and product was excellent and I would highly recommend them. This project was done the week of 2/2/26.

Arrowhead Carpet has the best tile and service in Arizona. Trayton gives me V.I.P. service and makes sure my project is perfect. This is the second major project I have bought tile for in my house from Arrowhead Carpet and tile. I won't go anywhere else. Quality, price, and service are second to none.
They ordered flooring we loved that they didn’t have in stock. It came fairly quickly and scheduling installation was fairly easy. Adam from the installation team was top notch. Kept in constant communication with us throughout the project. The price was competitive and the service was top notch. They even took the time to verify the directions we wanted the planks to go. We would use them again!
Great experience with this company. We went to their showroom and picked out some samples. We brought them home to see what the luxury Tile would look like. We made our selection and placed our order. We also replaced our baseboards with taller ones. They brought the baseboards over a few days early so I could paint them before they came to install. In installation day Henry and his helper showed up when I was told they would be here and did the install. Ripped our old carpet out, installed new luxury tile, and installed new baseboards. Looks amazing, we are pleased with our decision to use Arrowhead Carpet & Tile.
