I am thrilled with the 25-year stain guarantee that came with many carpet choices. Kathryn obtained our measurements, and from purchase to installation was about two weeks. Highly recommend.
Update: I’ve now also got new carpet installed. Katheryn helped me pick it out and she was incredibly knowledgeable. I had to make a change on the install date, and a man who answered and helped while Kathryn was out was awesome! Alfonso and Diego installed the carpet, and they were wonderful! SO fast and so clean! They even helped us keep our WiFi going during the install. And the carpet looks SO great! Everything does!
