Hands down the best team! I’ve visited other Floor & Decor locations — even earlier today — and this store completely takes the cake.Cheri-Michelle, Amy, Erin, and Brian P truly set the standard for customer service. Every single one of them was very knowledgeable, took the time to listen and were genuinely invested in helping me get exactly what I needed for my project. They answered questions with patience, helped to track down products, explained options clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Realistically this could have been a really unfortunate experience but they all maintained a positive attitude and cheerful demeanor keeping me relaxed and engaged.It’s rare to find a team that works this well together while making customers feel like a priority. Because of them, I will absolutely be returning to this location for future projects. Highly recommend!

Got recommended to come here by everyone I asked. I came in balling on a budget and found multiple clearance items that worked with my budget. Remember, 12x12 is a square foot so base your math off of this. I bought 12x24 sq ft tile and neglected to double the cost when I did my math per sq tile when calculating costs. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and friendly.
Michelle at the design center was awesome! She walked around with us and helped us pick lots of options. We ended up using a backsplash she suggested and it looks amazing! Thank you, Michelle!
I came in to look for bathroom tiles. I expected to just search aimlessly but instead was greeted by Erin who then called Michelle to meet me. Michelle spent over an hour walking around helping me decide on just the right tiles! She also created computer generated images of what my bathrooms would look like. She was so extremely helpful without being pushy. She made my experience top notch!!! I was very impressed!
