We recently purchased a 20 year old home with damaged travertine floors. Jaime with 'Floors Like New' came out and gave us a fair estimate and proceeded to restore ( many cracks and holes) and seal the floors. The floors we done perfectly to our specifications. Would highly recommend Jaime and this company. All went well from start to finish.
Jaime from Floors Like New did an excellent job repairing our pool attached table with Travertine tiles. He carefully removed the effected tiles, ground down the underlying cement faults, repaired the area so it was flat and would not settle further, and re-attached and re-grouted about 1/4 of the table topped pool edge. I would recommend their professional work. Photos with tiles that fell off are before and the completed job is the after.
I can’t express how disappointed we were. Don’t expect much from these guys. They are a dba under several different names but came to us through Brimley’s owner Mike Court. He quoted with the promise he could get our floors to what we wanted. After two days we asked them not to seal till we talked to Mike again. He came out and said he would agree to redo part of it but after further inspection the whole floor needs to be completely redone or removed. He agreed he over promised but we are the ones stuck with the bill and now have to rip out the floors. Leaving final pictures here so you can be the judge.
We hired Floors Like New to repair and reseal our flagstone front walkway as well as our pool edging, patio seating area and fire pit ring and seating area. They also repainted a concrete walkway.We are very pleased with the work they did. They had great communication; the crew always arrived on time (or early); they were responsive to our questions, etc.We feel we got a great value and service with Floors Like New. We would definitely recommend them for your project!
So look at what they did to our floors... These fours were grody and ugly and then just 2 hours all the dirt was gone and then two more hours they were super polished and shiny. They showed up exactly on time and did a very professional job.
