They beat everyone else’s prices! Every step of the way my rep, Andrew, was communicative and helpful. Came out several times before we did the flooring just to answer questions and make sure I had everything I needed. The crew was incredible. Kind and respectful and clean. They had a huge crew to do our industrial office space and it was done was quicker than anticipated. I would use them again. It was flawless.
I am so pleased with my carpet. I received 3 other quotes from other companies. They all came back trying to upsell me for product that wouldn’t have fit me and my family. Cy listened to my vision and recommended the product that fit me. No upsell. I’m a single mother last thing I need is a pushy salesman selling me product I don’t need. Cy was honest and genuine.
