Vicente is a true expert, and his service was outstanding. They replaced the old carpets with high-quality vinyl flooring in all four of my bedrooms, and the installation was impressively efficient—it only took four days. The underlay is excellent, the floor transitions to the other rooms are seamless, and now my bedrooms look absolutely stunning. The entire project fit perfectly within my budget, thanks to their very competitive prices.

I was initially overwhelmed trying to pick the right flooring to match the rest of the house, but Vicente made it easy by offering sample options that blended beautifully with the existing floors. When the job was done, the rooms were left spotless, and Vecente also provided clear instructions on how to care for the new floors. High Quality Work! Thank you!

We bought a home in Estrella Ranch and needed tile in the master bedroom, a smaller bedroom and two walk-in closets. From the beginning, it was a pleasure dealing with Vicente and George. The installer, Juan, and his brother were professional in every respect. They were polite, considerate, arrived on time, worked hard and completely cleaned up at the end of each day. Most of all, they were very good at installing tile – our new floors look beautiful!. Floors West gets our highest recommendation.

Just moved to the area and had to have carpet replaced. Shopped around with 4 different stores and all the prices were about the same. We decided to go with floors west since it was a locally owned store and Vicente and George were helpful and friendly. The quality of the work done was outstanding. My wife and I are super happy with how everything came out. Would definitely recommend this store for your flooring needs.
