It is so refreshing to actually go into a business with such wonderful customer service. For something as stressful as figuring out floor selections. Karen will go over and beyond to find what you are looking for. They also have some of the best prices too. Karen will literally treat you like family to find what you are looking for and are very patient when it comes to making a decision. Very knowledgeable and go above a beyond to make their customers happy. The only thing that I regret, Is that my husband and I didnt find this place sooner.

We used Five Star Flooring for two years in a row as well as several of our family members. Not only are they a very reasonably priced company but they are dependable, trustworthy, and the KINDEST people you will work with. I will recommend this family owned company over and over.
Every bit of plumbing they did had to be re-done by a certified plumber. The tile they laid would never pass the quarter test.
