Great. Everything about our meeting was professional and very nice. Jake was very knowledgeable and promotes the product and the company very well. The installers were very good, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and made great suggestions on areas to make it better.They cleaned up everyday and are very professional. Installation completed and I'm very happy with my new floor! Casey and Nathan, the installers, did a super job and were very easy to work with - always striving to make me satisfied!
