Zero stars. Absolutely terrible service. Would 100% recommend going elsewhere. Highly unorganized, lost our info and gave us nothing but attitude. My husband and I were getting quotes for our bathroom tile work including install. After going in and choosing tile, the lady took our info and told us we would have to get someone to come and measure before getting a quote (even though we had the measurements). Fair enough. We gave her the address (wrote down our info) to have someone come quote. They came the next morning. Fast forward a few business days. I gave them a call to see how long a quote typically takes. (The same lady that helped us initially answered the phone). She said 24 hrs. It was well past that. She asked if anyone was helping us and i said i'm pretty sure it was her that helped us. She then asked for the name so she could look it up. I gave it to her multiple times to which she couldn't find any info. I told her we literally wrote it down for her when we came in to pick out the tile and said someone had already been to our house to measure so how did they not have the info. (She remembered us coming in). I asked if there was any other way she could look it up and gave her our address. She finally found something (said it was with a builder that wasn't our home builder), then proceeded to say it wasn't her that was helping us and asked for the phone number so she could have someone call us. I told her it was the one that we gave her the other day, my husbands name and number, and started to give her the number again. She continued to give attitude saying she didn't have the info, that's why she is asking for it again, etc. I finally hung up after being so frustrated with her attitude... Funny enough, my husband got a phone call shortly after on "the number they didn't have". Beyond frustrating.
Just had them come replace all of our carpet and I can’t say enough! Very professional and our house looks amazing! The original guy ended up getting sick but our sales guy Dwight jumped right in and came and finished the job. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!
Our custom home building company has used Michaels for 30+ projects spanning from small renovations to custom homes. Despite changing timelines, material shortages, and supply chain difficulties, they have not wavered in their ability to deliver incredibly quality and design. Great, honesty people who stand behind the product they deliver.

Great service. Did a good job, there were a couple of problems they noticed after the job was finished that they came back and fixed immediately. They were so professional and accountable for the work that I have to give a 5. Its not what happens thats important its how we deal with it. And these guys were incredible. Absolutely recommend
