We received excellent service from the people at nufloors from the moment we walked in to the building. Karlene gave us exemplary customer service explaining differences between vinyl plank and laminate options. She also was able to reduce the price to match a competitor that we had recently received a quote from. This was around Christmas time so there was a small delay to arrange our estimate. But they did that quick & efficiently. Within a day I had the quote & then they quickly got us in to install. The installers were super quick. It took them a day and half, about 7 hours total to get it done. That was for a master bedroom & 2nd bedroom. Great customer service we had received a quote from a competitor but they didn’t seem to keen to gain our business Nufloors came in about $800 less. Even if the price came in higher, we still would have went with them due to the service they provided! Thank you!
Had a great experience with NuFloors. They installed glued-down vinyl plank throughout my property.Dan (owner), Richard (estimator), Maria and Allison (office staff), Quintin and Sam (prep crew), and Travis (installer) were experienced, efficient, professional, polite, and helpful.My basement concrete floor had a large sag at the bottom of stairs. Dan offered to have the area levelled using self-levelling compound for free, and the result was perfect! There were a couple of minor issues (gaps under baseboard due to undulating concrete basement floor, heat register holes not big enough), but the guys helped resolve those too.Work was done on time and on budget and I’m happy with the results. Nufloors was the best quote we received and also had the quickest turnaround time. They were able to quote us the day we had come in miraculously and got to work by weeks end! Great attention to our specific needs. They were the total package, from tearing the old carpet out and disposing of it to the painting of the floor sealants we requested and then installing the new carpet we had chosen.
