Above and BeyondWe live in Alberta and we’re not able to get the flooring we had previously purchased as there was no longer a supplier up here in Canada. We found Pierce flooring and found they were able to bring in the same flooring we had. I talked to Bob Abbott and told him we only needed 5 boxes and he was still happy to help us without hesitation. They then went above and beyond and met me half way in Havre Montana to deliver it to me. Without their help I would not have been able to finish my project. I want to thank everyone especially Bob for helping us get our flooring so we could finish our home Reno. I cannot thank them enough. Outstanding service to say the least. Pierce Flooring is the best. I went to all the carpet stores in Great Falls looking at carpet. Their prices were the most reasonable and the sales staff taught me a lot about what to look for in selecting carpet. The sales person I worked with, Roger Linn, was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. Iwould recommend Pierce flooring..
Horrible customer service we have product that is delaminating told us they were going to replace it held us out for months and months. Now telling us they’re not gonna do anything for us. I Do not recommend Pierce flooring. I’ve had numerous people tell me they’re going through the same issues with them.
We are extremely satisfied with our updated basement. Phil was very friendly and helpful and Leland did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
