Masters Petersens certainly are masters at prepping and installing floors! Our first attempt at a laminate floor in our basement failed. On their first visit, Master Petersens determined it was not installed properly to begin with. On their second visit after I had torn out the old floor, we also found out that the underlying concrete floor was not prepared properly. MP figured out what to do to mitigate the past problem, properly leveled and smoothed the concrete, then installed a beautiful glue-down floor. See photos. And to top it off - after determining the prep was not quite as extensive as they feared, the final invoice was adjusted down for work that was bid but not required. This is a top-notch business!

Masters & Petersens were the best part of a long project updating the interior of almost an entire house. Keri understood and really listened to my hopes for the appearance. She found carpet, laminate plank, vinyl, and paint color choices that came together beautifully to complement the whole house. Masters & Petersens worked with my budget and scheduled helpfully around other contractors and project needs, and were always quick to respond by phone and email.

I love the outcome and 7 months later I still marvel at how good it all looks. The carpet is so well-padded that stepping onto it is an instant stress-reliever. The plank flooring has no gaps and gets lots of positive remarks from guests.

Thank you Masters & Petersens for accompanying me through a challenging project and providing such awesome results that will be enjoyed for years to come!

We recently had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Petersen's Flooring and Design! From start to finish, each member of their team was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. The design team (Ashley, Kelsey and Sarah) and installation manager (Les) guided us in choosing the best carpet that was within our budget. Marvin and his team expertly installed our new carpet, and were always courteous and on time. We highly recommend Petersen's to one and all!
