Mitchell’s was recommended by a friend, and they definitely didn’t disappoint. We were looking for flooring and had been to several competitors before going to Mitchell’s showroom. We were impressed with the large variety of flooring brands and color options to choose from.They installed about 800 sq ft of LVP in our home, and it turned out amazing. Pete was awesome to work with, very helpful and easygoing, and the installers really paid attention to the details.I waited about six weeks to leave this review just to make sure there were no lingering quality issues, and I’m happy to say the floors still look just as good as they did on day one.We’re really happy with how everything turned out and will absolutely be using Mitchell’s again for future projects.
Great services! Only needed one box of tile, Pete was nice enough to pick up the tile in Denver and deliver it to avoid shipping cost.
We went into this business looking to purchase carpet. Pete was very nice. We picked some carpet sample and we set up a time for him to come out and give us an estimate. He came and measured and said he would e mail us a quote. We never heard from him A few weeks later I called and left a message. No one ever got back to us. I guess this place wasn’t interested in doing business. Very disappointed!
Was told in showroom what I ordered was available. Then week later was told it wasn’t. No one will call and let u know when they are installing. You have to just move all your furniture and cross your fingers they show up. No one has a bed our classroom for three is in boxes. Don’t try to call them they will never answer. I have talked with three friends who have had the same experience. Kali’s response to my frustration with their customer service was, “ It was just the ball got dropped with your order. If we treated everyone like this we wouldn’t be in business.” And FYI the bill she gives you in showroom isn’t the bill she will end up billing you.
This place is a hidden gem. If you have ever tried to get flooring help in Lowes or Home Depot, you know the pain of just trying to get someone to talk to. Once you do get someone, you are lucky if they know anything about floors. Mitchell's is fantastic and has excellent customer service. They do not carry cheap materials, everything is nice. This is a mom and pop shop and I highly recommend it.
