From choosing the flooring to installation, the HJMartin staff was outstanding.Madison assisted us in choosing a beautiful product, and scheduling the date. The staff who did the installation were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Aeva was a huge help when choosing the right tiles, so patient with my more than meticulous behavior. Thank you! I'm obsessed with the before/after pictures of our home!!!!Our experience with H.J. Martin was top-notch. Caitlyn V helped us with every aspect of our home update. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled to provide on-point recommendations based on OUR desires.Texture and color choices can get incredibly overwhelming, but she always found a way to make it easy... or helped wean out color options that didn't work well for our home.We replaced all of the flooring in our home (original hard floors + carpet), updated our kitchen + master bath counters (she helped us choose colors), and also added a backsplash to our kitchen.We're not done working with Caitlyn, as I'm sure there'll be a "Phase 2" to create a custom shower in our Master.Thank you, Caitlyn!!!!
We completed a major remodel including an entire new kitchen new flooring on first entire floor and completely new master bath that included a new tile shower. All work completed was done with a high level of quality and workmanship. Need to highlight the master shower as the attention to detail was second to none. It did take a few more days than planned but was worth it The passion that Greg put into the shower was more than we expected as he would give us updates daily and we could feel the passion in his progress reports and end result was amazing. Along with the workmanship was the incredible design help we received from Cali, as we described our vision and she put it into reality with colors and design that all worked incredible together being something we could have never done alone. Would highly recommend with no regrets on every aspect of the project concerning flooring, tile for shower and fireplace along with kitchen backsplash . All the design and colors flowed extremely well from one room to another. Very happy and will last us for years to come. Some photos are not entirely completed due to some supply issues.
