Although Becky and the owner were wonderful to work with, the installation work was subpar. The living room carpet has a seam in the middle of the floor, the staircase steps are bubbling with loose carpeting snd the vinyl in the kitchen has a bubble they couldn’t fix. Installation is huge when installing new flooring. The staff were friendly, be mindful of asking the policies around installation should it not go as planned.

I really can’t say enough about Hub’s quality and service. From the office staff to the installers, everyone was great to work with. They went out of their way to source a specific hardwood floor we wanted, and Patrick, their tile installer, is an artist! We have two types of tile, two carpets, and hardwood all through Hubs.

Becky (sales/service) was so helpful and her price quote was reasonable. That's why I go to small/local. I won't every go anywhere else.

It was a lot of work but they completed the job quickly and at a very competitive price. The pictures show what gorgeous work they do. I would very highly recommend them.

I called hubs flooring looking for a quote and they were weeks out. Becky told me she would reach out to her installers and see if any of them could do our install sooner. Rick reached out and came by to complete the work. Very professional, very good at what he does. This company is great. We had lvp installed and plan on having him come back to install another 500 square feet.
