We visited several flooring companies, including LP Mooradian, to look at luxury vinyl plank flooring. We met with the owner, Dan Braun, and he showed us a nice selection of flooring. After choosing what we wanted, Dan and two other companies submitted their quotes, (exact same product), and Dan's came in quite a bit lower. The installers were great. Keep in mind, this was a big job and we were not looking forward to the process as there was lots of furniture to move. The installers were very good about explaining their daily schedule in terms of which room would be next and when we should remove the furniture. When the job was done, we were amazed at the end product. It's like a new home. We highly recommend LP Mooradian.

We had to have our carpeting replaced due to a water pipe break last summer. I talked with the Concierge dept. at Shaw Flooring to try and get some new carpeting ides equal in quality to what needed to be replaced. They sent some samples to us and had Linda from LP Mooradian contact us the same day. We went in to look at more types and styles of carpeting and Kathy was there to help us and give us more info on different carpeting and styles. She was very patient and wrote down all of the information that we had given her. She stayed on top of everything and ordered the carpeting and pad once we made our decision based on the pricing that Linda had emailed to us. It took less than 3 weeks to get the carpet in and installed. The installation was yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the carpeting and the installation. Kathy and the rest of the team at LP Mooradian were excellent and we would highly recommend them for your flooring need.

Steve was so patient, took time to answer all my questions whenever I called or stopped in & provided great suggestions to meet our needs. Everyone we worked with at LP Mooradian really went above and beyond at every interaction. Chad installed our floors and tile shower & we could not be happier! I highly recommend LP Mooradian & Steve for anyone wanting to update or needing new flooring. So easy to work with & did a great job of keeping us in budget. A++
