Customer Reviews
Kyle Novak
We had an excellent experience working with Lauren Pagel at Macco's. From our first interaction, Lauren was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Her professionalism and customer-first approach really stood out to us. When we had questions or specific timing requirements for our installation, Lauren was quick to help and ensured everything stayed on track.
If you're looking for flooring and want someone who genuinely cares about delivering great customer service, we highly recommend asking for Lauren. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

We are very happy that we chose Macco's to replace some old carpeting in a new home purchase. Debbie Pagel went above and beyond to help us not only find the right carpet for our needs but was able to get installers that could do the job before the move. The installers also did a beautiful job. Thanks to all!
Melanie
I highly recommend Jessica Bozile at Macco's. She was wonderful to work with for all of our flooring for a new construction. She kept us under budget, and we're extremely happy with the LVP and carpet selected. When there was an issue with the tile pad underneath our woodburning stove, she came up with a great fix, and it looks better than before.
