On the good side they have an excellent showroom, lots of remnants in stock, and ability to get all sorts of tiles. On the bad side they are completely disorganized. In mid October 2025 I went there and arranged for a visit to measure two rooms for tile. Nothing happened, no call to set a date. I went back in, and the associate who had arranged it "no longer works here". Ok, so Julie set up an appointment with Shawn, who came by and measured everything and said I needed to pick tile. I met him at the store a couple days later and picked tile, he promised an estimate and... nothing, no email, no phone call, nothing. Two strikes were enough, if their pre-sale follow-thru is so poor I would hate to see their actual installation effectiveness. I don't need to go in a third time and beg for them to sell me something.
After working with CSM Flooring, I was impressed. My floors were water damaged which was stressful. However working with CSM Flooring was a relief. They had plenty of options to choose from from tile to vinyl. Chris was super helpful, highly communicative, prompt, and knowledgeable. They really got the job done swiftly and efficiently. I’d highly recommend!
We highly recommend CSM Flooring. Photos show before and after. Julie, our salesperson/project manager, skillfully guided us through the process of refinishing old, damaged hardwood flooring. We were impressed with her care for detail and the time she took to be sure the project was done right. The subcontractor crews that came to our house — one to replace rotten wood and one to sand and refinish — were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciated getting experienced advice on the best stain and finish for our floor. We’re very pleased with the results.
We had carpet replaced for 2 bedrooms and a staircase. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable, prices were excellent, and our installers were great. They were right on time, did an incredible job, and cleaned everything after. The install took a few hours longer than quoted. But to be fair- the estimate was from the sales rep, not the people actually doing the job. They were also installing on a nearly 100 degree humid day, which I am sure made everything that much harder. I'd also much rather the install take longer and be correct than rushed and poor quality. I am updating this review down to 4stars as upon closer inspection while moving things back in, we did find a few larger than anticipated knicks on the walls. Some of them pretty high off the floor and will be noticable even touched up. The worst are hidden behind doors that are pretty much always open thankfully. Despite this service was great and I'd still highly recomend CSM Flooring
I hired CSM to replace all laminate flooring in a family room and hallway, as well as carpet and padding in 3 bedrooms. The home turned out superb! The install team was very professional and efficient.
