Kwang will give you options of ways to finish the floor- ie: prices for refinishing existing sun floors, or installing new flooring over, and also his recommendations.My partner and I have used their services at several project locations and will definitely continue to do so in future.

Magic Hardwood Floors was amazing! We called Quang the owner and he was on a job! This guy owns and works his business! He did exactly everything he told us he would do. He was honest, fair, and the work was excellent! I’ve had floors done 3 times in my life and this was by far the best experience. Not only was the work beautiful, but he finished early, on budget and even came back to make sure everything was perfect. If you are researching companies, STOP! Just call Quang. Quang did such a fabulous job replacing my carpeted stair to hardwood. He was so respectful of us while he worked. He also was very thoughtful about cleaning everything up. His bid was so in the ballpark with others who wanted only to do LVP. The finish work was great.
I hired MHC based on seeing his work at a nearby house and what was the most reasonable estimate (one far too low, two others a bit higher) and flexibility in scheduling. He had to fix a problem with the previous flooring, and he upgraded the floor registers. The result is simply gorgeous. I strongly recommend the company.
