We had our builder’s staircase carpet from eight years ago replaced with hardwood by Alexanian Carpets, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We worked with Val at the Guelph, Ontario location, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to deal with throughout the process.

The installer, Quinn, was absolutely meticulous, his attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. The finished work looks beautiful and was completed with great care.

Excellent service from start to finish for cleaning of an area carpet. From the first on line enquiry, to our in store experience, we were very impressed. Eric at the store was friendly and helpful, taking my rug to/from my car (we opted for drop off instead of pickup/delivery service). We were provided updates once the rug landed at their cleaning facility, and had the rug returned to the Guelph store once completed. Highly recommend based on the exceptional experience.

We recently have had an excellent experience with Alexanian Carpet and Flooring. We wanted carpeting removed on two sets of stairs in our house and Val provided much appreciated expert advice to help guide us. We ended up choosing oak treads and landings and they were custom stained to closely match existing vinyl plank flooring in our basement and second story. Quinn, our installer, was skilled, efficient, meticulous and friendly to work with. Highly recommend this team to meet your flooring needs and provide excellent results.

We really appreciate the time you took answering our questions and your honesty in delivery timing in these unprecedented times! And we couldn't be happier with the crew you sent to do the installation. They did a fantastic job on both the installation and the tidy up when the job was completed. And they were invaluable in moving the furniture. Our home looks fresh and new. When the time comes to do our kitchen and bathroom floors we will be coming to see you.
