Side note, I purchased some tile that was difficult to get. All other places couldn't get it and didn't even try. Alex here went out of his way for even a small order, and helped me get extra tile in a rush. I really appreciate that because normally business don't help this much anymore. I want to support great businesses like this. Such great and helpful people. Support the good ones!

Buyer beware! We purchased our backsplash tile and grout here and recently installed it. Unfortunately the sanded grout was inappropriate for the ceramic tile and resulted in virtually the entire backsplash being scratched.

The rep we spoke to today is denying accountability because the purchase is old, but that doesn't change the fact that our backsplash was ruined solely by the poor service and recommendations that we received.

We recently purchased backsplash for our kitchen. We came in multiple times to get samples while our kitchen was being finished. We had amazing interactions with the staff mostly with Tom and Nate. We came in they were very welcoming and extremely helpful in showing me what I was looking for and also giving me guidance on what they thought would work great. My husband ended up installing it himself and it was just the perfect finish piece to our kitchen.
Thank you for making the process smooth and for your kindness. I was the mom with the three daughters.
