At first, we went to the big box retailers and other boutique shops, but were not able to find what we wanted in time for our full bath and powder room projects deadline. We decided to try Sarmazian's. The selection of tiles and carpets is extremely wide, almost overwhelming. We chose a floor and wall tile for our main bath renovation, but our first floor tile choice did not fit in our decor plan. Levon Sarmazian was happy to work with us to find the right Italian tile solution delivered on time for our fast approaching contractor deadline. We are very happy with the final results. We had oak flooring installed in a bedroom. In the showroom, Adam was extremely helpful. He knew the various products very well and explained the various qualities of several types of wood with expertise and skill. He never applied any pressure. We had narrowed our selections down to a few shades of oak and he gently steered us to the shade that is perfect with the oak furniture we have in the room. The installers, Minas and Raffi were great. It was clear to us that they were skilled craftsmen. They communicated extremely well with us and answered our questions expertly. There were a few times when they needed to consult with us and this was accomplished easily. These men were pleasant and careful in their work. We are overjoyed with the end result. Overall, Sarmazian Flooring must be commended from start to finish. I will definitely go there for future flooring needs.

We worked with Isabel and she went above and beyond to help us make our design decisions and make sure any minor issues were resolved as much as possible. We have had many compliments on our tile - especially our kitchen backsplash - and hardwood from friends and family! Hope to work with Isabel again when we are ready to get our basement finished!
I'm very happy with the new laminate floors in my condo bedrooms. From my first call with their knowledgeable receptionist (she answered my flooring questions for nearly a half hour), I knew Sarmazian was the way to go. The sales person, Jerod, helped me narrow down my choice from the overwhelming range of Sarmazian's options. He immediately got in touch with the flooring supplier and my floors were installed within a month. Marvin, the installer, was friendly, quick and tidy with his work. The floors look incredible. My only regret is that I didn't make this investment earlier. Thank you, Sarmazian Bros.
