Joanne Cheevers
Dealing with the team at Floors Etc was the best experience. We recently did a new build with them and they made the entire process easy to understand and fun. Jacqueline worked with us on our vision and was excellent at helping with colour matching and ensuring our home had the right flow. We could not be happier with our new floors, tile and shower surrounds. If you want white-glove service with East coast charm... look no further.

Excellent experience from the start! Doug was approachable and provided great input. I had a good feeling from the beginning and was not disappointed. The installation of our entire main floor was done in a week, with amazing attention to detail. Very happy with the overall result and the interaction with both Doug and the installers. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and honest business. We just had a new floor installed and everything went well from start to finish. There was no pressure, options were clearly defined, excellent selection with beautiful display of products, samples provided to take home to verify color in home, order arrived quickly and installed promptly. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally with the customer number one priority. After the floor was installed a follow up email was received asking for feedback on the floor and installation. Very pleased with everything; highly recommend "Floors Etc" in Bedford NS for any of your future flooring projects.
