Vintage Flooring & Stairs

Vintage Hardwood flooring just completed refinishing my 50 year old hardwood floors in my living room, dining room, halls & the parquet at my side entrance. I had my doubts that the hardwood floors in the home I bought 4 years ago could be refinished- but the owner Darrell Cooke assured me they could be refinished and suggested a Natural finish (no stain). The estimate was very reasonable! I have nothing but good things to say about Darrell & the refinishing crew. The refinishing was completed in three days, the crew always arrived on time, were friendly, courteous & hard working (Darrell reached out to me the day after job completed to make sure I was happy with the completed work). I was always informed what would be completed on the day & what to expect the next day. I would definitely recommend Vintage Hardwood flooring to anyone considering having their floors refinished. Amazing work done on our birch hardwood floors! We were very pleased with the matte finish. Love it! Darrell (owner and president) came into do the estimate and provided a quote and had Glen and Sean to come and refinish the floors. The guys were professional (as well as funny and friendly!), and took really good care of our home while sanding and refinishing our floors. Highly recommend.

Daryl and his team at Vintage Flooring are top notch! I contacted three companies for refinishing quotes. Daryl was at my house in less than 24 hours and was extremely knowledgable about the refinishing process. Everything went smoothly from booking the job to the final payment. I have no hesitation recommending Vintage Flooring! In fact, two of my neighbours booked jobs with them after they saw the result of my floors refinished.

We had a great experience with Vintage flooring. They refinished our downstairs floors almost 4 years ago, and have now done the upstairs & stairs as well. We just had Vintage complete the third (final) stage of a multi-year job, replacing wall-to-wall carpet with hardwood on our stairs (which required new stairs and handrails), upstairs hallway and 3 rooms. Their work is outstanding. They matched the hardwood in all areas and advised us that the colours will match in a few months (which was the case in the previous stages), for a cohesive look. The quality of the installation was excellent - looks perfect and no squeaks. Timely work, good communication and outstanding quality. 5 stars.
