From the moment we engaged with Simon at Carpet Barn in Georgetown, we felt a sense of sincerity and openness.We had some idea of what carpet type/Color family we wanted to replace our old basement carpet, but we were open to suggestions.After discussing various carpet styles/prices and colours in the grey family, we decided to take a sample home with us to view it in the basement…Simon offered to come to our house an hour later to take measurements which he did.An hour later he sent us a quote which was less than the other 2 carpet stores we had approached.Carpet Barn have their own installers and they offer 12 month no-interest/no-fee financing through Fairstone Financial services.We accepted the quote and scheduled the install for the following week.I moved all furniture and removed old carpet and padding myself.The install went very smoothly with Anil and his assistant taking only about 4.5 hours to complete the install ( including stairs).We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Carpet Barn to anyone looking for a dependable carpet install.We would definitely consider Carpet Barn for future flooring projects in our home as they do other types of flooring as well.

Very happy with my new floors. Installers were professional and very efficient. I have had several floors installed over the years, and I am always happy with the results. Glen did a great job communicating with the company doing my new stairs and railing to coordinate the details and timing of both projects. I highly recommend Carpet Barn.
