We had them come in to do our carpet, banister and hand rails. The service was extremely convenient and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend. George was great to work with, very professional and communicative throughout.
What a wonderful experience from start to finish. I love my carpet stair runner and it feels wonderful under the feet. Would highly recommend The Carpet Palace. Don’t hesitate to go in and check them out. More reasonable pricing than some of these huge carpet stores. Buy local!
Had to replace our oak kitchen floor due to a dishwasher leak and fortunately we chose Carpet Palace to do it. George and Bill were really helpful in selecting a new floor that would work with our decor. Their installation crew were quick, punctual and tidy and did flawless work. Overall we had a great experience start to finish and would highly recommend Carpet Palace for any flooring needs.
Carpet Palace assisted us with choosing the right flooring for our main floor renovation project. George and Bill made the decision making much easier with their knowledge of the products. We then carried the project further with a stair renovation and carpet installation on the stairs. The outcome was better than we could have imagined. The communication, delivery of product and installation was professional and timely. We will definitely be returning for any future carpet/flooring needs.
April 2025 had the builder’s ceramic floors in the entrance way and powder room replaced. All tile was ordered at Carpet Palace as well as the rug. All flooring turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. The cut tiles on the vents look spectacular. All workmanship is A++++. Tile and grout colours are A++++. I highly recommend Bill and his team at Carpet Palace. I also had CP install hardwood on the main floor of my house and install new stairs a few years ago. I would never shop anywhere else and don’t hesitate in referring friends and family. Thank you so much, Bill!
