I had an excellent experience with this store! I purchased wooden stair steps and a countertop, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products. Everything looks beautiful and well-crafted. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding — they were very attentive, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find a place that combines great materials with such great service. Highly recommended!

I recently had my floors, stairs, and paint done by The Flooring World team at my home in Burlington, and I couldn’t be happier! I visited their store and met Jay such a friendly and professional guy. He made the whole process super smooth and stress-free, and offered the best price without compromising on quality. The craftsmanship was top notch, and their installers were very humble, respectful, and made sure to clean up every day before leaving. Highly recommend Jay and the team for anyone looking for quality work and great service!
