We walked into this store and NOONE greeted us! Its not a very large showroom, so there is no reason to miss us, especially when we were the only ones in this place! And they are VERY expensive. When we finally got help, the guy took forever to give us a price. Didn't seem to know what he was doing, he had to call someone for help.
Find Darla before you do anything else at American Carpet. She will simplify the shopping process and demystify the ins and outs of vinyl vs ceramic vs porcelain, etc. I walked in feeling overwhelmed by the options and unsure of what I wanted/needed. Darla listened to my requests, explained my options, and then recommended the products she felt were best for my home and office. The end result is beautiful, and I am both thrilled with the outcome and so grateful for her help in achieving it.

Amazing products and customer service is amazing!!!! Ask for Darla!! She really goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are happy with their purchase. She works through different options with her clients and provides great advice. We have done two projects with her and she has made everything so easy.
