Reviews

What customers say

Positive accounts praise communication and knowledgeable help, citing involvement throughout a project and clear explanations of options while Quality Flooring addressed a bathroom-tile issue that was not its installation. Critical accounts describe a home job that one customer said remained incorrect after six attempts and tile damage during countertop installation; the customer reporting the latter said an initial offer would not cover labor, but Quality Flooring later gave them what they felt was deserved for the repair.

NO STARS HERE!! I have been completely DISSAPOINTED with this company, it's leadership (no leadership even exists at this company) the owner will not even meet with customers to try and work out any or all issues. I will NEVER deal with this company again. After 6 failed attempts to compete the job at my home....... the job is still NOT CORRECT!!!!!!!!! I am ashamed I ever reached out to Quality Flooring in Hattiesburg MS for anything and I will NEVER Recommend them for ANY JOB ANY WHERE!! HAD TO CLICK ONE STAR SO I COULD EVEN MAKE A POST.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Craftsmanship! I can’t say enough good things about Quality Flooring! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to fix an issue with the tile in my bathrooms. And it wasn't even their install. What started as a frustrating problem for me quickly turned into a seamless, stress-free experience thanks to their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, they also took the time to explain my options and ensure I was completely satisfied with the solution. If you’re looking for skilled, reliable professionals who stand by their work, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!
