Southern Interiors and Flooring replaced the floors in our entire house. Our experience with Jessi for the just look around visit was so helpful that we set up a visit with Robert to get an estimate. Jessi's decorating experience and Robert's professionalism were just right in deciding what we needed to have done. They both not only inventoried and measured but also answered our many and varied questions with no regard for the extra time it took. Our installation crew James and Ray was amazing. They were helpful in explaining their plan of work so we could be ready for them each morning. Everyday they were friendly, worked constantly, answered our questions, explained what and why they made decisions about removing the different floors, and left the work areas clean with tools organized. Also. They played good music. We are very happy with every aspect of the process and our lovely floors
