Bought tile and took to Oregon. Couldn’t remember the style or color. Called the Henderson store and Tamra Morrow got me all the information I needed including the pattern and sent to me! She was amazing!

On January 22, 2026 I was in a jamb as I sold a job and needed to match a specific tile I used for the same customer to repeat it again. Unfortunately the tile was discontinued.I called the Henderson, Nevada Pro Desk and spoke to Melissa several times including she returned phone calls to me timely.Melissa went out of her way to find anywhere in the United States all stores who would have this same tile I needed.Melissa never gave up and gave me some information to call a store in Wichita, Kansas Floor and Decor.Then Tamra Morrow contacted me a few times to see if I received any help and did I find the tile. Tamra took her time to call me to make sure that I was not left without any help and I appreciated her follow up.I am now going to open a Pro Account with the Henderson Pro desk at Floor and Decor because of the efficiency and care I received from Melissa and Tamra and I highly recommend them if you have any concerns they will follow up and do all they can.I am Richard Haddad RH Design of Henderson Nevada and I wanted to acknowledge how they went above the norm to help me help my customer get the product they wanted.
Chaz Suarez was such a huge help in picking out the perfect tile and grout for my new home! He really listened to what I wanted and guided me through the options with so much patience and expertise. He went through each box to ensure all pieces were the best and clean. The end result looks amazing, I couldn’t have done it without their eye for detail and design sense. Also with materials i had no clue about he was right there to guide me with every item I needed! Thank you Chaz for making this easy and seamless and fun most of all. Highly recommend!
