I’m giving it a 3 because the store employees were great however the installer installed my carpet without any shoe coverings and then left my front porch carpeted. When I called the store the agent explained that they don’t usually wear shoe coverings when installing new carpet. Most people don’t like shoes on new carpet especially when you are going back and forth from outside bringing in dirt. He also left a mess on my kitchen floor and did not clean it up. It was easy to clean but from a service stand point it was not an exactly experience.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DECADES!! If you are looking for carpet/flooring STOP reading, pick up the phone and call CRAIG at the Riverton Ogden's store. ASK for CRAIG!! He explained the strengths and weaknesses of the different materials, then helped us get the carpet we wanted. I had several question wanting to understand what it was going to look like installed he was great about it all. When we found a manufacturers flaw and let Ogden's and Craig know with pictures. Craig took the lead, explaining the process, and keeping us updated. Turns out, that was a good experience too. Craig's our ONLY guy for flooring from now on!!We tell family, friends,' and clients to ASK FOR CRAIG in Riverton. We recently replaced our carpet in two bedrooms with hardwood. We had a big challenge, the hardwood in the hallway had been discontinued. Alan worked with us to find the best match. We were able to get the same texture and finish and he was able to match the color so closely it’s virtually impossible to see the difference. They definitely had a big selection.The installation was easy and only took one day. Richard and his crew were great! They took such care working in our house and the floors looked pristine when completed. I will definitely recommend them.
Great customer service which is very supportive of the desires of their client. They provided best pros and cons of allOptions. We wanted a green carpet to move away from the dun colored drab. It turned out fantastically!!
