While there were a few unavoidable delays along the way, their team worked hard to mitigate them and consistently kept us informed throughout the entire process. The installer took incredible pride in his work, paid close attention to every detail, and the finished floors are absolutely immaculate. These guys are awesome! Avery was great and walked us through the whole process and helped us choose our carpet, Wendy was fantastic and took great care of us. And the install was perfect. Every step of the way these guys were great !
We were extremely happy with the experience we had with Wise Flooring. Avery was our consultant, and was able to find the matching LVP for the master bedroom project that we had Wise complete. We didn't know what LVP was used in the house we bought, but Avery worked hard for a perfect match. Communication with him was great throughout the process. James was our installer, and he did a great job. He ensured the floor was level and prepped well, and the LVP showed no gaps. We will definitely use Wise again for our basement LVP project.
We had a toilet flood that ruined the majority or carpets and our wood floors.Before I started with Wise, I was shopping around just to get an idea of what we could afford with our insurance. Honestly it was overwhelming. There are SO many options.UDK recommended Wise Flooring, and Steve put together several flooring options in my insurance budget that were beautiful and better quality than we’d had before.We re-floored all our carpets and wood floors. It was quite the process. The installation crew was very efficient and kind. It’s not the easiest or fastest process but the carpet crew and the wood floor crew did exceptional and beautiful work. Our whole family loves our flooring! I’d recommend Wise to everyone!
