We had such a wonderful experience with High Point Flooring Center! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with Sam helping me make decisions. I first went by to look and see what our options were and Sam laid them out clearly with no pressure. I brought my husband by the next day and we were able to schedule an appointment to have her come do measurements and give us a quote. We quickly received our quote which was so reasonable and chose our floor and were updated on delivery and installations times. The installation team was on time and did an amazing job. Wanted a local contractor and did a couple of estimates with big boxes/names. High point flooring prices were great, they were very friendly, not pushy. Their workers were fantastic and did a wonderful job. Had carpeting replaced in all bedrooms and did hardwood throughout the rest of the house, removing carpeting and tile. We absolutely love it. Would recommend them to anyone.

We received a high recommendation from my neighbor to call Erick at High Point Flooring Center. We wanted to remove our 25 year old carpet and replace with hardwood or combination of hardwood and carpet. Erick was quick to respond and work up three different quotes to cover the second floor where the work was to be done. We decided to move forward with putting down pre-finished hardwood and went about matching the color of our hardwoods on the first level.Once the materials arrived, the installation took a little over a week, which was amazing since all the furniture had to be moved and shifted to remove all the old carpet and prep for the flooring. The install team, led by Alexis was amazing. His eye for detail and his craftsmanship was incredible. He was an extremely hard worker. They were polite and kept me informed through the whole process.I absolutely love my floors and would not hesitate calling them again or recommending them for a job.
