We are new to the area and we bought a property and we did a lot of vendor research. They honestly just came up on a Google search, but they had good reviews and they came out quickly. My husband and I were hoping not to use big box stores, but it was hard to beat the big box store prices. Logan came out and measured he was super nice! He gave us a lot of helpful information about our options and then he told us we should come to the show room. Just a note I absolutely recommend going to their showroom. The only issue we had was our work schedules were hectic and they close at 4. They were nice enough, keep the store open and wait for us to come by after hours. Not only were their prices the same as the big box store their customer service and quality of work is way better.We had to wait on the materials, but when they scheduled to come put our floors down, we never thought in 1 million years they would be done in one day. They finished in one day!The quality of the work is just gorgeous and we were actually going to wait to get our kitchen floors done but they did such a fantastic job in the rest of the house, It’s hard to look at the ugly kitchen floor compared to the beautiful new floor. We decided to go ahead and get measurements and start looking at our next project with them. To say I highly recommend them is an understatement!!! when you move to a new place it’s hard to know, if you’ve selected the right vendor or not, and I can say without hesitation, we are thrilled with the work and thrilled with the company that we selected. This is a nice family with a nice shop that does immaculate work. You can feel secure dealing with them.
We had the best experience with University Flooring. Logan and Megan were incredible. My wife found a flooring tile that she loved but was difficult to find. Megan searched until she found the tile that we wanted and negotiated a great price with the seller. The installation was quick, and professional. The results were amazing. Logan followed up with us after the installation to make sure we were happy with the work. I can’t speak highly enough about these folks. I’ll use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
My wife and I were exploring options for new flooring in our house and were interested in LVP. Our search led us to University Flooring Center and I am thankful it did. Logan and Megan were extremely helpful. They provided and ordered samples for us to compare at home, communicated with us regularly, and the overall job looks great in our home. The install team did an excellent job and were thorough in their workmanship, including making us aware of and showing us a subflooring issue that needed to be addressed. Overall our experience with University Flooring Center was very positive. We would definitely use them again.
