Matt and the team at the Hillsboro location are always prompt in responding to requests, very knowledgeable on different floor-coverings for different applications and friendly to help my clients when I refer them in. We have been in a few times during our home renovation. The whole team is always super welcoming and kind, low pressure and informative about options and choices available.We called in, spoke with Matthew, to see if our flooring was still available in the color and found the manufacturer had unfortunately discontinued it.We came in today to color match to try and find something close. Our experience was fantastic. We were able to find something similar, again working with Matthew, who made the experience easy start to finish.Highly recommend coming here for any renovation needs as they have a huge selection of products and the prices are great.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood my options, and followed through on everything he promised. I cannot recommend CFM enough! I recently had hardwood floors installed by their team and I can’t sing enough praise!They listened to our budget and style needs and never pressured us. They allowed us to take several samples home, which was a huge help.Our installer Victor was hands down, the best contractor we have ever worked with. He was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. He arrived on time, moved our furniture with such care, and did an amazing job with the intricate cuts around our kitchen island and corners of the walls.The floors look better than I imagined. Victor left the job site cleaner than they found it. If you are looking for quality service and professional installation, CFM is the place to go.When you go there, make sure to ask for Matt. He is the store manager and will help you with whatever you need for your next flooring project.
