I came to Bixby Plaza, because I was going to be replacing flooring in an apartment, and wanted a low voc/low odor, natural product. I live quite a distance (about an hour away), but they were the only store that I could find in Orange County that carried such products. From the moment I first called them, through my last interaction, they offered incredible, helpful, white glove level service.I had gone to a few flooring stores in my search, and nothing compared to my experience with Bixby Plaza Carpets and Flooring. More specifically, Nancy, one of the sales reps, was my point of contact, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with her.Nancy went above and beyond to help me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, detail oriented, and she took the anxiety out of the process. After speaking with Nancy, I learned that she has been working in this business for a while; she provided a wealth of information, when I was trying to make decisions about how to proceed. Her knowledge of natural products, like wool carpeting, and marmoleum flooring was also extremely helpful. I'm detail oriented, and Nancy and Bixby Plaza Carpets surpassed my expectations.The store has everything and then some, and is well organized and beautiful. From more basic simple carpet/flooring, to high end/top of the line, to a wide variety of natural, low voc options that I did not find in any other flooring store/showroom, anywhere in Orange County. They also seemed like they were the most reasonably priced, or at least at market/not price gouging.I also spoke with some of the other reps when I called to ask follow up questions, and everyone was helpful.I will only go to this store when I need to buy flooring, even if it means driving out of the way to come here. It's worth it!
I couldn’t be happier with the work and professionalism from Bixby Plaza. The process was smooth and easy and I was able to choose from a wide variety of samples to get the exact look I was hoping for. I have used Bixby many times over the years and it is hands-down the best carpet and flooring store in the area. Top quality products, fair pricing, and they are so knowledgeable about everything flooring. I was having analysis paralysis trying to choose my flooring. Darin pulled a rabbit out of his hat and suggested the perfect product that wasn’t even on my list of contenders. I couldn’t be happier and I’m grateful to have a place I can trust with my flooring needs.
We just had Bixby Plaza Carpets and Flooring replace our prior engineered hardwood and carpet with laminate. We were really happy with them. A great sales experience with Darin, who made no effort to upsell and gave very practical advice to guide us to what we wanted to accomplish. As importantly, the installation experience was also great. We have had several bad installation experiences with other stores in the past so we were a little wary. No need to have been. Bixby Plaza’s crew was both efficient and careful. They made sure the floors were well leveled, they demonstrated craftsmanship and care, and they were neat, polite, and pleasant. The installation was completed ahead of schedule and looks fantastic.
Darin who handled my flooring is the best. Everyone who works there are so nice and helpful. I had new carpet and flooring installed 3 years ago. The install came out great. Fast forward to March 2020. I had a water leak and the carpet had to be pulled back, section of the padding had to he removed and the baseboard had to be replaced. After repairs Bixby came out to lay my carpet back down, replaced necessary padding and installed new baseboard. Can't even tell . Came out great again. I highly recommend Bixby over the big box stores( you know who they are).
