Wonderful experience! Very convenient having Randy come to my home and show me several samples and saves you time shopping around. He was very insightful, good guidance , kind and great customer service! I had a flood situation in my son’s room and my office and they were able to get my flooring installed pretty quick. Love my new flooring! Highly recommend. (Same flooring in both rooms)
My first contact with Floor Coverings International of Huntington Beach was a phone call with Angelia. It was such a pleasure to speak with her that I scheduled a meeting with Randy. There was not waiting. Randy came over and measured my room. I had a sample of the flooring I wanted and got an estimate the following day. Randy was able to schedule the job, new flooring in my bedroom, right away. Marcos, the installer did an outstanding job and I am delighted with the result. I took a picture of the floor and texted it to my family and friends. I wish I knew how to put it in this review so you could see it. I highly recommend Randy and the excellent work that he and his installers do. It's like my bedroom is a brand new room.If you need flooring, call Randy. There is no one better to help you choose and install the best floors for your home or office. Randy is meticulous and takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. I would highly recommend him for the smallest residential job to the largest commercial job, he has the staff and know how to make sure the project goes off without a hitch. Highly recommend!
We were referred to Randy when we needed to replace the old engineered hardwood throughout our home. He was quick to reply and schedule an appointment to bring samples, take measurements and create a quote for us.
