Roman And the entire Marquez Flooring team are AMAZING. I found and first worked with Roman 6 years ago when my husband and I bought our fixer upper in LB. Just 3 days ago Roman and his team came back out to patch and refinish my floors after a major renovation took over our home. My tile guy even commented “those are probably the most beautiful floors I have ever seen.” Roman knows so much about wood and flooring. I basically let himpick the color for me this time around since everything he warned me about dark floors came true. (Ebony is beautiful but shows all the dirt and dust and pet dander and all the foot traffic scuff marks too, ugh). The new white oak his team laid blends seemlessly with the old. And the new gray wash finish brings out the wood’s natural character. It’s stunning and contemporary and only took a couple of days! And his price??! You can’t beat it!! He should honestly charge more. Phenomenal job. I refer all my friends and neighbors to him and they’re equally happy. Highly recommend!!! ??
Marquez Wood Floors did an outstanding job on my hardwood floors. In spite of problems with the hardwood manufactured by Somerset and its failure to honor their warranty, Marquez at its expense honored the warranty and replaced the defective hardwood floor. It now looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of hardwood flooring. This company stands behind their work. I will use them whenever I am in need of flooring in the future.
Roman and his crew did an excellent job at removing the carpeting and replacing it with vinyl wood flooring in all three bedrooms upstairs, three stairwells and the hall way at my house in Huntington Beach. They came everyday until the job was complete and focused extensively on every detail to ensure we were completely satisfied. The stairwells, wood flooring and molding they put in looks amazing! They did not cut corners and did an excellent job and were very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend using Marquez Wood Floors to install any wood flooring and molding in your home.
