I am very pleased by the quick response and delivery. The floors look absolutely amazing. Transport was quick and very minimal damage to some of the planks. Probably only 5 from transport. The transaction was a breeze. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Floors are Denton XL from McMillan Floors.
We recently moved into a new home and wanted to modernize it with new floors and paint. The guys at the Flooring Factory were amazing! Super helpful, very informative, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for.We wanted luxury laminate that was comfortable, long lasting (kid & pet proof), and looked natural. We ended up going with Wilson & Morgan Plata Oak, and wow! Looks amazing, quality core, and has a built in underlayment which adds to the comfort and also makes it quite compared to the flooring it replaced both upstairs and downstairs. It also has very nice patterns and texture.We also purchased tall moldings, risers for our staircases, bathroom tiles and more. Better quality than what we found at big box stores and at very competitive prices.Highly recommend them!!!
