Changes Flooring helped us pick out tile and install for our bathroom renovation. Their insight and design was top notch and they really took the extra step to ensure we were satisfied with our choice and installation. I would recommend them for any tile or flooring design and installation!
All the tile I bought are gorgeous and very high quality for a good price. Will definitely be coming to Changes Flooring for all my tile from now on.
Would not recommend. (We only used them bc they floored our house when it was built) Was not helpful when asked about flooring, seemed like she was too busy even though I was the only person in the store. Didn’t bother to get my name and number when I requested some samples, until I suggested it.Miss ordered flooring, and we had to wait addition days for install. (Did give us a discount on additional wood needed since it was their fault) Flooring that was used had blemishes. Used beat up threshold pieces that we had to go back and restain. Didn’t finish quarter round smoothly, we had to touch up. Spilled stain on concrete drive way and didn’t offer to clean it up. We didn’t ask them to redo anything, because we wanted them GONE.
Changes Flooring (Rachel) was great to work with and very professional. I originally contacted them in July 2024 to quote a LVP floor for stairway landings and an upstairs office in a two-car detached garage that I had under construction at my home. Leadership within the company stuck with me and the project through multiple construction delays and honored the original quote when the time came to execute the project. Their employees showed up on time, communicated their objectives effectively, worked hard and did a great job on our upstairs office floor and stairway landings. The LVP floor install really made a huge difference in the aesthetics and function of the areas. I highly recommend Changes Flooring for any flooring needs.
They came in and installed laminate flooring after pulling up the carpet in our house! Did a great job quickly and were also priced very well!
